Our diamond wheels have been researched and developed rapidly with the
development of super hard metal materials. As you can use our wheels under
the best conditions, we are producing two types of resin bond diamond wheels.
One is for cutting super hard metal, and the other is for cutting of both
super hard metal and steel simultaneously. In recent years, cermet, ceramics,
and micro-alloy have appeared as new cutting materials; we also manufacture
wheels that can cut these materials efficiently. Moreover, we have developed
the VITROX WHEEL which can grind diamond compact tools and cBN compact
tools. Our customers praise its long life and excellent grinding performance.
Currently, not only for decoration, synthetic sapphire, ruby, crystal,
etc. are being widely used for industrial wear resistant precision parts
instead of natural jewels. For instance, they are used as axis stones for
mechanical watches, swing stones, clock cover glasses, record needles,
styluses for video disks, and crystal oscillators. From our company's inception,
we have taken part in the precision machining of this areas; in particular,
our vitrified bond wheels with micron powder have contributed greatly.
We established an original theory of grinding by research and development
of the lens abrasion. The theory for this wheel design is fully reflected
in our products. our recommendable ones are curve generators, lens centering
wheels and rotary surface wheels. By referring to our own regulation of
"wheel hardness", we suggest that it be available so you can
choose a proper wheel in the most suitable optimal grinding condition.
Spectacle lenses are chamfered by automatic lens edgers following their frames and bevels at each retailer or laboratory center. We manufacture and sell various diamond wheels for automatic lens edgers. In Japan,@we first especially developed integrally molded bevel edging wheels apart from conventional combined wheels. We are wholesaling our metal bond wheels whose cutting speed is excellent, and which enable you to cut more lenses than usual through apparatus makers nationwide. In the event of introducing a new lens edger, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as you can. Our representatives are your good advisers.
Our diamond wheels have contributed to the production or regrinding of
woodwork cutting tools such as tipped saws, circular saws, hand saws, ultra-hard
formed cutter, router bits and joint knives, etc. with a high reputation
not only in Japan but in south east Asian countries, as well. Moreover,
we are accredited for the excellent quality of our products, and honored
with the designated manufacturer by JAPAN TIPPED SAW and KNIFE CORPORATION
and THE NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL COOPERATIVE OF POLISHING CUTTING TOOLS FOR
WOODWORK MACHINES. Automation of producing and regrinding ultra-hard circular
saws has been promoted recently, so we are ahead of the competition at
this point of developing wheels for automatic cutting machines, and are
supporting our customers' production.
We are supplying to domestic and international customers various shapes
of diamond wheels for chamfering glasses such as car window glasses, construction
glasses, furniture glasses and mirrors. We have prepared a thorough system
for our customers' wide range requests for their automatic and manual chamfering
processor. In addition, our metal bond wheels-TYPE X-satisfy our customers
from both sides of quality and price as we have remarkably improved their
grinding process capability.
Cut glasses made in former Czechoslovakia, are traditionally famous worldwide
as a luxury crafts due to its elaborateness. However, since we introduced
the diamond wheel system in place of conventional sandblasting cutting
system, machining by diamond wheels has prevailed. We suppose tumblers,
water bottles, whiskey glasses and so on cut by diamond wheels might be
brought to your disposal. It is said that round-edge straight wheels and
bevel-edging wheels are generally used.
These days, the production of magnetic heads becomes one of the key industries
of Japan's exports, and aggregation of advanced technology is rapidly promoting
the research and development of magnetic heads. In addition, improving
the degree of dimensional accuracy and finished surface roughness is more
required. We took note of wheels for ultra-precision machining of metals
and ferrite for electronic use early on. Taking advantage of our own special
diamond abrasives and special resin bond combinations, we are producing
and supplying wheels that enable the making of machined surfaces of about
0-2 microns with pitching and considerably exceeding efficiency compared
to conventional machining.
